At The Minty Memories, every order is made with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart. Because many of our pieces are handmade or personalized just for you, we kindly ask that you review our policy below before placing an order.


No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please make sure all details (spelling, colors, personalization, etc.) are correct before checkout.


If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We want your experience to be as magical as your memories! If something arrives damaged, weโ€™re here to help you open a claim with the shipping carrier.

Include the following so we can get the process started:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier, but weโ€™ll assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

Please double-check your shipping address and personalization details. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
