At The Minty Memories, every order is crafted and packaged with care so it arrives ready to brighten your day.

Processing Time

Our handmade items ship out in 2–3 business days.
(Weekends and holidays not included.)

Shipping & Delivery

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow a little time for the carrier to update their scans.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

After your order leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
The Minty Memories is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we’re happy to assist you in opening a claim if needed.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address. If your package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
